Circles of Leadership & Influence

LEADUCATOR aims at nurturing leadership capacity of educators as leadership and educator roles are parallel, and no matter the area or environment of education, an educator is a leader. From the combination of Leader + educator, LEADUCATOR is an initiative at exposing educators to knowledge, skills and experiences of other educators and leaders in education, to either kickstart or refresh educator participants to personal and functional leadership journeys in education.

LEADUCATOR Ecosystem

Educator participants (LEADUCATORS) will be exploring

3 components of LEADUCATOR:

Academy (online masterclasses and workshops) in July-September; Residential Studies (shadow a teacher/staff at school) in August-September; and LEAD Lab (test a new knowledge/skills into practice at work) in October.

Through this programme, educator participants will be undertaking learnings on Personal Leadership then one Functional LeadershipTracks (Classroom OR School OR Community) and share their learnings, trials and journey in a Learning Circle to the public at the end of the programme in November 2026.
